Navarre Beach property taxes may be legal

The 1st District Court of Appeals issued its ruling on the Navarre Beach tax lawsuit between some of the leaseholders and Santa Rosa County. The county has won this step.
This case started after Greg Brown took office as the property appraiser and put the beach leaseholder properties on the tax roll.
