Get involved and Keep It Local

The Keep It Local Florida initiative launched March 31 and aims to remind state legislators that the “government closest to the people, governs best.”

The initiative came through The Florida Association of Counties, the Florida League of Cities and Florida School Boards Association, who have formed a collaboration of leaders to remind people that keeping decision making power at home is important. Their first dive into the public scene came with a video made up of clips from several county officials and government leaders talking about the initiative.
