Holiday Inn waits for their spot

The land on Navarre Beach that used to be occupied by a Holiday Inn is waiting in line for its turn on the development calendar.
Marilyn W. Heff of Holi Corp, who owns the land, said they do intend to rebuild a hotel on the property.
