Representative Doug Broxson has been hosting a series of workshops designed to help people better put together their claim information.
Kevin Brown, Broxson’s legislative assistant, said Broxson had designed “a small group setting so people can ask the experts their questions and people can help each other.”
Broxson said the constant changes to the methodology and process of claims through the Gulf Coast Claims Center are wearing people out.
