Missing drain covers along Technology Avenue are causing concern for area people.     
Etta Lawlor, a resident of Navarre, drove down Technology Avenue to see for herself if what other residents were saying about open storm drains was true.
“Neighborhood children have been seen playing on Technology Avenue and these open storm drain risers are an open invitation to children to investigate. If a child or an adult was to accidently fall down the storm drain riser it could cause serious injury,” said Lawlor.
