The Santa Rosa County Commission has agreed to reconsider its proposed single-provider solid-waste services plan.
“That’s what you can do with citizen participation,” said Don Richards, president of the United Peninsula Association, after commissioners voted 3-1 last week to slow contract negotiations with two solid-waste companies.
