An RV park is being built on the south side of Highway 98 just west of Highway 87 and will be called the St. Rosa Sound. An RV park is in the works for the property on the south side of Highway 98 just west of Highway 87.
Former Senator Charlie Clary and his partners have been involved in the project for the past two-and-a-half years and said they originally thought they would use the property as a multi use space of retail and residential. Once the economy started turning sour, the group realized an RV park would be the best idea for the property.
