Some Navarre Beach residents want Santa Rosa County to change its funding formula for beach renourishment.
“The beach belongs to the whole county,” said Teresa Pack, president of the Navarre Beach Leaseholders and Residents Association. “I don’t think it’s fair that we’re not sharing the entire burden.”
