Rosado found guilty of robbery with a weapon

The State Attorney’s office announced earlier this week that on Dec. 17, Robert Rosado was found guilty of the offense of robbery with a weapon, which is a first degree felony. Due to the fact that the defendant is a Prison Releasee Reoffender, the defendant must be sentenced to a mandatory sentence of 30 years in the Department of Corrections. Judge David Rimmer scheduled sentencing for Jan. 18, 2011.
