Santa Rosa County School board hears status report on construction projects

At its meeting on Dec. 14, the School Board of Santa Rosa County received reports on the progress of construction projects at several schools. Representatives from the architectural firms doing work for the school district reported on several on going projects at Navarre area schools.

Pinder-Martin Associates, Inc., gave a status report on West Navarre Intermediate School. The 12-classroom addition at the school was scheduled for an inspection before Christmas, and Superintendent of Schools Tim Wyrosdick said he expects them to be ready for occupation once the school reopens after the holiday break.
