The mission of the Santa Rosa County Community Emergency Response Team is simple: Preparedness.
But even that might be hard to do without supplies.
Just two weeks ago, CERT Coordinator and Board Chairman T.J. Doherty went to retrieve supplies from the group’s storage unit and found they had been burglarized – this just minutes before they were scheduled to set up for the community Christmas parade in Navarre.
