When the Florida Department of Transportation begins studying how best to replace Pensacola Bay Bridge, the City of Gulf Breeze wants to make sure their concerns are considered.
On Monday, city councilors unanimously voted to hire Morris Clark of Pensacola, a retired engineer, to help staff prepare for and monitor the FDOT planning, development and environmental (PD&E) study for a salary not to exceed $10,000.
