Navarre man arrested after fatal accident

A Navarre man has been arrested on manslaughter charges after he killed his passenger while allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol and prescription drugs last week.
Terry E. Lee, 41, was driving his 1994 Toyota in Molino, Fla., a small town north of Pensacola and just miles from the Alabama state line, when he veered off the road, went through a fence and then a struck a tree.
