It’s what superintendent of schools Tim Wyrosdick calls “the perfect storm.”
What district officials predicted would be a “level” year in terms of enrollment is now anything but and Wyrosdick said schools in the district are scrambling to meet the criteria established by an amendment to the Florida Constitution passed eight years ago.
