The rebuilding of Northwest Florida starts now, with the grand opening of Navarre Pier, says State Sen. Don Gaetz.
Hundreds were in attendance June 5, waiting with anticipation as dignitaries, local and state officials, as well as children young and old, cut the ribbon, inviting the public onto the Navarre Pier for the first time.
The pier will be open from 5 a.m. -10 p.m., seven days a week. Cost has been waived for the weekend of June 5-6.
Pier Rules
• No running on the pier.
• No sitting or standing on the railing.
• No pets allowed.
• No jumping off the pier.
• No glass containers allowed.
• No camping or cooking allowed on the pier.
• No fish of any kind left on the pier.
• No fish cleaning tables on the pier.
• No lights allowed.
• No sabiki rigs allowed on the octagon.
• Place all trash in containers.
• All tackle, except for one rod and one reel, ice
chests, carts, etc., must stay in the center of the
octagon and away from the octagon railing.

Walking: $1 per day, $5 weekly pass, $60 annual pass
