Though widely noticed, little attended a workshop aimed at educating business owners and residents in south Santa Rosa County about designating portions of County Road 399 and U.S. Highway 98 Wednesday, April 28.

Hosted by the United Peninsular Association in the conference room of the Navarre Visitor's Information Center, roughly 15 people - including two county commissioners, two candidates for commission and the two presenters - turned out to hear a presentation on the benefits of the scenic highway designation.
