State denies Coyote Landfill's permit application

Coyote Land Co.'s permit to operate a construction and demolition landfill north of Navarre expired more than four months ago, but trucks were delivering debris to the Five Forks Road facility earlier this week.


"We're a private company trying to get our permitting in order,"  an employee told Navarre Press on Tuesday. "That's pending. I don't know what business that is of any private citizen or the newspaper."
