Impact fees may be suspended again

For the second year in a row, new developers in Santa Rosa County may not have to pay impact fees.
At its committee meeting Dec. 7, the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners agreed that the fees needed to be suspended for calendar year 2010 and perhaps forever.
