Sex offenders and predators beware. Schools in Santa Rosa County are watching you.
V-Soft, a program created by Raptor Technologies, keeps track of visitors who wish to enter Santa Rosa County schools. The system, which uses a scanning device to check state-issued identification cards, is designed to instantly recognize individuals who are sex offenders and otherwise dangerous predators.
