Scott Huff is betting that two-dollar bills are as queer as their reputation.
On April 1, the Navarre Surfside Mini Storage owner gave his employees unexpected bonuses. Manager Tamra Ueda, a full-time employee, received $1,000. Accountant Devra Edwards and maintenance man Doug Clay, both part-timers, got $300 each.
All in twos.
