It’s not unusual for Panhandle residents to experience large amounts of rainfall, especially during hurricane season.

“It was pretty ugly and we got a lot of golf ball-sized hail,” said Scott Parsons of Reliable Land Title in Navarre. Parsons lives in Spring Hill, a subdivision located in the northern part of the county.
