There are community leaders throughout Navarre, but one woman can be found at more meetings, award nights and community service events  than anyone .

“Shirley Brown has had her hands, head and heart in every facet of Navarre and has played a major role in both the chamber and Navarre’s history,”  said Tracey Terry, CEO/president of the Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce.  “She really has done it all – from building the community center, the local library and the Garcon Point Bridge, to serving the military, local businesses and her church. Shirley Brown is the epitome of a good neighbor and citizen.”
