The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 is stimulating, alright. So far, President Obama's almost one trillion-dollar economic stimulus package is stimulating lots of questions.

"This is a subject that if anyone tells you they know what's coming, I'd like a look at their crystal ball,"  Santa Rosa County Commissioner Gordon Goodin.  "During the implementation of the stimulus bill, we're probably going to find there are lots of things we didn't know going in; (it's a) devil-in-the-details kind of thing."
