We serve authentic Northern Italian Cuisine. We make all of our pasta, pizza dough and sauces fresh daily. We have a six page menu with must have items such as homeade Lasgna, Veal Piccate and Chicken Parmigiana. We take pride in what we do. We are locally owned and operated. History

Established in 2008 | Giampietro(Pete) Salvucci is the co-owner and head chef of our restaurant.

Pete was born in Sarnano, Italy in the Marche Region. Pete attended culinary school at the Hotel Marche in Italy. Pete later worked in many fine dinning restaurants through out Europe. Pete came to the U.S. in 1996 and began working for Mr. Guglielmo Ianni in Destin, FL.

Pete apprenticed under Guglielmo for years. Guglielmo has been a restaurant owner in in the U.S. since the 1970's, where he opened restaurants in Chicago. Guglielmo later opened restaurants in Ft. Walton then in Destin and SanDestin and later in numerous locations through the area. Guglielmo's restaurants have been awarded numerous five star recognitions through Florida. Pete opened Ciao Bella Pizza in (Bluewater Bay) Niceville , FL. in 2004 with his business partner. Ciao Bella Pizza was a huge success. Pete wanted to be closer to his home and family so he sold his portion of the restaurant in Niceville to his business partner.

We love to use the finest of ingredients in order that our guests have an outstanding dining experience! We are a "casual" fine dinning restaurant. Our restaurant is a wonderful environment for a romantic dinner or to bring the whole family.
