Surviving Step by Step: Feeling better

  My middle son now has an ear infection. He was sick before me. Ear drops and possible antibiotics if the pain doesn't stop after two days. He can take Motrin.  At least he will make it to school. No fever. He has not missed a day of school yet.

  I have a Herceptin treatment in the morning. I hope the headache part stays away. My body seems to tolerate this medicine quite well. Glad about that because this is my year-long treatment. Next week I have round two of chemo. Again, this is scary. Still have my hair. My skin is looking dry.  I did all my groceries today and plan to veg the next few days. If up to it, I may bake and clean Thursday.  Oh what fun. Well, going to stop short tonight. Almost time to start the night routine with the children. 

  I hope by writing this blog that someone out there will be inspired to do a good deed for themselves or someone else. Compliment someone on a job well done or give yourself a pat on the back. We all deserve it. My faith will keep me strong and my family will make me smile. Life is good.
