A news story currently dominating the mainstream headlines reads: “Colorado Mom Held In Terror Plot Case." Another headline reads: “Jihad Jane Accused of Terror." And of course, back in December, the headlines read: “Suspected Terrorist Charged With Trying To Destroy Aircraft."

Okay. Right now, it appears as though “Colorado Mom” and “Jihad Jane” were plotting to kill someone. If they are charged and convicted of this crime by a jury of their peers, then by all means, lock them up forever. What I’m wondering is, how is it that plotting a murder gets labeled as “terrorism?" Based on this logic, shouldn’t all violent crimes be labeled as “terrorism?" Last week, a student detonated a homemade explosive device in a high school in Detroit, but strangely, the headlines did not say that the student was trying to “destroy the school,” nor was the student charged with an act of terrorism. This is GIANT discrepancy that needs explaining, especially considering the amount of lives and money we are wasting on “The War on Terror.”

These news stories are part of a much broader agenda. These news stories are propaganda designed to convince all of us that “homegrown terrorism” is on the rise and that a terrorist could be anyone; even the little blond girl next door. These news stories are designed to divide us, and to keep us from trusting one another. They are designed to create a general paranoia that infiltrates every cell of our being. And the reason for this propaganda, is so that in the near future, our government can pass more laws to restrict our civil rights, and destroy our liberty. The only way these new laws will fly, is if the American people are made to be afraid and paranoid enough to be willing to sacrifice their freedom in exchange for a false sense of security. It is time to wake up. The media is tool used by our government to manipulate the thoughts and opinions of the general population. For those of you that think this is crazy, I would encourage you to study the men who have done this before. For instance, when Adolf Hitler was elected the leader of Germany, one of his first steps was to appoint Joseph Goebbels to head the new Ministry of Propaganda. Once in office, Goebbels' first big move was to manufacture and distribute free radios to the German citizenry. When he did this, the German people praised Hitler as “a man of the people.” They loved him for giving away radios. However, the free radios were part of much broader agenda. The radios allowed Hitler to pump a steady stream of Nazi propaganda into every German household; every minute, of every day.

And it is through the radio that Hitler was able to manipulate an entire seemingly free society of educated people into completely giving up their freedom for “the greater good” and looking the other way as their troops murdered up to 6 million people.

This is Germany all over again. Turn off your television. Four corporations own and control almost all of the news that your are exposed to, be it newspapers, magazines, or television news programs. This is not my opinion. This is a fact.

The War on Terror is a lie, designed to manipulate us into supporting the expansion of the American Empire through the oil fields of the Middle East.

To put things in perspective, it is estimated that about 34,000 children starve to death every single day. Based on this scale, every ten days as many children die as all of the victims of the Indonesian Tsunami of 2004. Every ten days.

On average, 70 Americans die from “terrorist” acts every year, whereas as an average of 450,000 Americans die every year from Coronary Heart Disease. Right now, we are spending over 400 Billion dollars a year fighting terrorism, and just 286 Million dollars fighting Coronary Heart Disease.

Does this make any sense? Come on, this isn’t rocket science.

Something here is very wrong, and if we don’t fix it soon, it may be too late. Together, we are going down a very dangerous path. Lucky for us, we have history to reflect on and to guide us in the right direction. But unfortunately, no one studies history anymore.

Martin Luther King, "Why I Am Opposed to the War in Vietnam"

Martin Luther King was not killed for the work he did in the Civil Rights movement, as the history books would have us believe. He was killed for opposing the war in Vietnam, just like Bobby. He made this speech on April 4, 1967, and he was killed exactly one year later. He was silenced. So listen to him now, and see if you can learn something.

Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children. This is not a way of life at all in any true sense. Under the cloud of threatening war, it is humanity hanging from a cross of iron.

Dwight D. Eisenhower, From a speech before the American Society of Newspaper Editors, April 16, 1953
34th president of US 1953-1961 (1890 - 1969)

Unfortunately, our troops are not fighting for our freedom. In fact, the more that they fight, the more our freedom gets taken away. This is not my opinion. This is a fact. The intangible "terrorist threat" is directly responsible for completely disintegrating our Bill of Rights, and for imposing these totalitarian methods of security on all of us. If these new security measures do not bother you, then do America a favor...pack your bags and move to China. You would obviously be much happier there. For those of you that oppose these new security measures, don't be silent. Don't forget about We The People. Nothing can happen in America without our full support and compliance. Together, we are a force to be reckoned with, and we can shape and create both the society that we live in, and the world that we leave to our children.

Blind faith in bad leaders is not patriotic; it is ignorant.

The media blitz continues and the propaganda machine is in full swing. Obviously, there will be new legislation proposed soon which will further restrict our liberty and freedom. This is likely the reason that the media is pushing the intangible homegrown terrorism threat down our throats. This is just like the "Red Scare," except the media/government is using the word "terrorist" instead of "communist". This is just like NAZI Germany except the media/government is using the word "Muslim" instead of "Jew".

Already, the media is trying to convince us that having surveillance cameras everywhere is a good thing, and that if it wasn't for having cameras everywhere, we would have never caught the guy that killed zero people in Times Square. Hey, I'm not saying that this guy isn't potentially dangerous. If he's convicted of his crimes by a jury of his peers, then by all means, lock him up. I'm just saying that this one, isolated incident is by no means a valid reason for wanting to put surveillance cameras everywhere. This is not a valid excuse to spy on us, and to watch our every move.

Does anyone even know what the word Freedom means anymore? Cause freedom isn't getting stripped searched in an airport. And it isn't having a camera on you everywhere you go. And it isn't being spoon fed the same perspective on every channel.

Speaking of perspectives...

"Time Square "car bomb" fails to detonate, and kills 0 people."

The man allegedly responsible is going to be charged with attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction. This is ridiculous. The car bomb was incapable of exploding.

Times Square bomb used non-explosive fertilizer:

Meanwhile, an explosion on a BP oil rig kills 11 people, and now deep sea pipes are steadily pumping 1 Million gallons of crude oil into the Gulf of Mexico every single day. Every single day. ...talk about mass destruction!
