I keep reading in well-known newspapers how oil has hit the lowest price in years. So, I ask, why is the price of gas increasing in the Panhandle? I travel alot and see other cities (ex: Memphis, Nashville, Biloxi) with .20 - .30 cents a gallon cheaper. Any thoughts?
