Commissioners delay Summerwinds lease decision, again |

On Dec. 7, 2009, the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners decided there where so many issues surrounding the Summerwind’s beach leases, they would have to study the issue further.
A new year did not bring them any closer to a decision. On Jan. 25, the commissioners met again to discuss the issue. After over an hour of discussion, they decided to table the issue again.
