The United Peninsula Association has an ambitious agenda to improve south Santa Rosa County. Now it needs members ready to pitch in and help.

"If they're located in the South End, they have an interest in what we're doing,"  UPA President Don Richards said at the association's meeting Jan. 28 at the Tiger Point Golf Club.  "We can't do it with 15 or 20 people. We need to be a representative voice for all of the peninsula."
