Though the Florida Department Commander of the American Legion isn’t royalty, when visiting the Navarre American Legion last Saturday, the post all but rolled-out the red carpet to welcome their distinguished visitor.

Escorted by the American Legion Riders, Phil Hearlson arrived at the Navarre Post 382 shortly after 2 p.m. for a meet and greet with local veterans and friends of the American Legion.
