Members of the United Peninsula Association want to be part of the solution in Santa Rosa County, starting with code violations.

"We can be the eyes and ears of code enforcement,"  UPA President Don Richards told members of the Gulf Breeze Area Chamber of Commerce's Governmental Affairs Committee on Friday. He said consistent enforcement will help residents and business owners become more responsible. "I know it works because they start taking pride in their neighborhoods."
