Following a 9 a.m. meeting between the Santa Rosa County Superintendent and emergency officials, the following was decided: 1.      School times today will be altered to reflect the following:a.      Tier 3 Schools will begin dismissal at 12:30 p.m. (Navarre High, Gulf Breeze High, Pace High, Milton High, Avalon Middle & Holley Navarre Middle).b.      Tier 1 and 2 and all other schools will be on normal dismissal time 2.      All activities for this evening are cancelled and may be rescheduled later 3.      School will be closed on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 4.      Scheduled after school activities for Tuesday evening are optional and will be determined after the Principal has evaluated the facility 5.      Administrators are to report and evaluate facilities as early as possible tomorrow and report damages to Joey Harrell, Richard Laing and Charlie Parkervia e-mail or fax (983-5124).  All other 12 month employees do not report tomorrow. 6.      All schools are asked to do a call out with this information as soon as possible 7.      In accordance with the approved calendar, January 22, 2010 will be our scheduled make up day 8.      Latch Key will remain on normal schedule 9.      Schools will resume on Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009 after the Veteran’s Day holiday
